Elaine has presented many successful workshops, and keynote addresses over 25 years, within her highly successful consultancy, training and publishing business, and is passionately interested in personal development, boosting great wellbeing, and empowering her audiences.

Elaine Sihera has been a management, motivational and diversity development, consultant and training adviser for over 25 years; a high profile role model, and facilitator to many public service, blue-chip and voluntary organisations. As a pioneer of diversity management in the UK, she has a wealth of experience and knowledge to offer. Elaine is available as an event SPEAKER, for any specific requirements from Corporates, public sector agencies and specific groups; and as a keynote or chair for conferences and selected events.

ANY SIZE GROUP, over 12 guests, preferred.
FEES depend on group size and status/size of the organisation.
Booking Fees range from £35-£199 per participant, depending on the following factors:
Nature of the presentation (whether a talk or an interactive experience)
Status of the organisation (whether voluntary or commercial)
The number of staff within the organisation.
